Here is where we answer the most common questions about our snail mail club!
What's included in each subscription?
In every happy mail envelope you will receive the following:
- A 4x6 art print (great for junk journaling, collage art wall, crafting)
- Two vinyl stickers (perfect for water bottles, laptops, phone cases, planners)
- A word search puzzle based on a theme
- A thoughtful letter written by me
- Cute packaging and good vibes!
Shipping & Timing?
All mail will be shipped out at the end of the current month. They will be sent with a postage stamp so there’s no tracking provided. You will receive your mail within 5-7 business days.
When will I be charged?
You will be billed monthly on the same day you signed up with us. If you subscribed on the 14th of April, then your next billing cycle will be the 14th of May, then the 14th of June and so forth.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you will need to cancel before your next billing cycle date.
Is this a subscription or one time purchase?
This is an ongoing snail mail club subscription. You can purchase past snail mail club themes as a one time purchase, once they are available on our shop.
What if my mail gets lost?
Please get in contact with us and we can ship out a new mail piece for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the US. We do not ship internationally.
